Instrument Pricing
The following prices are effective as of January 1, 2005, but may be changed without notice. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars; payment will be accepted in US dollars or Euros based on the exchange rate with the Canadian dollar in effect at the time the payment is due.
All instruments come with a basic hardshell case as part of the standard price. Shipping costs and any customs fees are over and above the prices listed here.
Warranty
My instruments are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for two years after the date of shipment, and I will repair any such defects free of charge except for shipping costs to return the instrument to me. I will not be responsible for damage due to heat, moisture, dryness, abusive use, or natural wear and tear, although I will be happy to repair such damage for a reasonable fee.Standard instruments are shipped on a two week trial basis. If you are not happy with the instrument for any reason, you may return it at your cost for a refund (less any deposit paid) or a replacement if feasible. A customized instrument may be returned before the end of the trial period, but repayment will only occur after the instrument has been resold.

How to Order
Please contact me if you wish to order a
custom instrument, or inquire about an instrument that is currently
available. If you decide to order an instrument after discussing it
with me, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to place your order
on the list. One half of the remainder of the price is due at the time
I am ready to begin construction, and the rest is due before the
instrument will be shipped.
Any instrument in stock must be paid for in full, including shipping and customs duties, before it will be shipped. Again, these instruments are shipped on a two week trial basis.
Payment for instruments is accepted via certified cheques, international money order, or PayPal. The currency of settlement is Canadian dollars, or the current equivalent in US dollars or Euros.
